This policy covers the unicampus.ai website and the UniCampus app (operated by XIYOUJI LLC): what we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

English: We collect: account and contact info (email, username and date of birth, provided at sign-up — the date of birth is used for age checks, for example to confirm you are at least 13; phone optional), identifiers (account ID and a device ID generated by the app, used for managing your devices and for usage statistics), location (with your permission, for nearby/campus features; revocable anytime), user content (posts, comments, photos, avatar, messages, and drama videos and covers you upload), usage data (browsing, likes, dwell time, searches — for recommendations and product improvement — and the ads you see and tap, see Section 3), diagnostics (crash logs via Sentry), and what you enter when you file a copyright complaint or appeal (see Section 1.2).

Drama videos and covers you upload in the app are stored in cloud storage we operate (Cloudflare R2) and played through our CDN (img.unicampus.ai); each episode is shown publicly only after a person on our team approves it. Our server re-processes uploaded videos and removes file metadata (such as the location a phone records when filming), and removes EXIF data from series cover photos; what is shown publicly is the processed file. The original uploaded files are also kept in storage we operate, for comparison during review. The rights confirmation you check when submitting (its version and time) and the platform you submitted from are saved with the drama. Dramas you delete, dramas that are taken down, and dramas taken down when you delete your account are no longer shown to anyone in UniCampus; their video and cover files currently stay in storage we operate.
你通过 App 内表单或邮件提交版权投诉时，我们会收集你填写的作品名称、联系邮箱、原作链接和补充说明，与投诉一起保存在我们的举报记录中，只有授权的管理人员可以查看，用于处理投诉和联系你。我们通知被投诉的发布者时不会附上你的邮箱。发布者通过邮件提出的申诉，我们会把摘要记在这条投诉的处理记录里，并把申诉内容（含其联系方式）转给投诉方。
When you file a copyright complaint through the in-app form or by email, we collect the title of the work, your contact email, the link to the original and any extra details you give, and keep them with the complaint in our report records, which only authorized staff can see; we use them to handle the complaint and to contact you. When we notify the uploader, we do not include your email. When an uploader appeals by email, we note a summary in that complaint's handling record and forward the appeal, including their contact details, to the complainant.

To provide and improve core features, personalize recommendations, keep the service safe and prevent abuse (including the automated checks in Section 2.1), handle reports and copyright complaints, show and measure ads (see Section 3), and provide customer support.

To keep the community safe, text you post or send — including posts, comments, private and group chat messages, profile details, and drama titles, descriptions and episode titles — is checked against word lists and rules and may be sent to a third-party AI service to judge whether it breaks the rules; images in posts may also be checked by AI. The services we currently use include Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Content judged likely to break the rules may be blocked, held back or sent to a person for review. Drama videos themselves are not checked by AI; a person on our team reviews them.
When you use uu (the AI assistant in the app), what you send to uu, your voice in uu calls, and your camera image during a call if you turn the camera on are sent to third-party AI services to generate replies; the services we currently use include Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
中文：UniCampus 的 App 和网站会展示我们自己的广告系统投放的推广内容，出现在推荐信息流、搜索结果、圈子等位置，并标有「广告」。决定给你展示哪条广告时，我们只看广告位置、投放状态与预算、广告的整体点击率，以及同一条广告当天是否已对你展示过 3 次，不按你的个人资料挑选。我们会记录你看到、点击广告以及在广告详情页点按钮的情况（关联你的账号，保存在我们运营的服务器上），用于控制展示次数、统计广告效果和结算。我们没有接入第三方广告网络；App 不会弹出 iOS 的跟踪授权请求（App 跟踪透明度），所以 iOS 不会向 App 提供广告标识符（IDFA）。点击带链接的广告会在浏览器中打开广告主提供的网页，那里适用对方自己的隐私政策。
App 和网站内含 Meta 提供的 Facebook 登录组件（Facebook SDK），它可能会向 Meta 发送你的设备或浏览器信息和使用事件，Meta 按其自己的隐私政策处理这些信息。

English: The UniCampus app and website show promotions placed through our own ad system, in places such as the recommended feed, search results and circles, labeled "Ad". To choose which ad to show you, we look only at the placement, the ad's status and budget, its overall click rate, and whether that ad has already been shown to you 3 times that day — not at your profile. We record which ads you see and tap, and buttons you tap on an ad's detail page (linked to your account and kept on servers we operate), to limit how often ads are shown, measure them and settle ad billing. We do not use any third-party ad network; the app never shows the iOS tracking permission prompt (App Tracking Transparency), so iOS does not give the app the advertising identifier (IDFA). Tapping an ad that has a link opens the advertiser's web page in your browser, which is covered by the advertiser's own privacy policy.
The app and website include Meta's Facebook Login component (Facebook SDK), which may send your device or browser information and usage events to Meta; Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.

你可以随时在 App 内「设置 → 危险操作 → 永久注销账号」注销账号，注销立即生效：账号停用、不能再登录；邮箱、手机号、用户名、昵称、头像、简介、生日、位置等个人资料立即匿名化，学校、专业等不直接指向你的信息会保留；你发布的帖子和评论会保留，作者显示为「已注销用户」；你发布的短剧立即下架，不再在 UniCampus 内向任何人展示（视频和封面文件仍保存在我们运营的存储中）。聊天记录、匹配与搭子等其他数据不会随注销删除，它们关联的是已匿名化的账号。注销后账号无法恢复。
You can view and edit your profile in the app, and you can email privacy@unicampus.ai to exercise the rights applicable law gives you, such as access, correction and deletion.
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account). It takes effect immediately: the account is closed and can no longer sign in; your email, phone number, username, nickname, avatar, bio, birthday, location and other profile data are anonymized right away, while information that does not directly identify you, such as school and major, is kept; posts and comments you published stay, shown under the name "已注销用户" (deleted user); dramas you published are taken down right away and are no longer shown to anyone in UniCampus (their video and cover files stay in storage we operate). Chat history, matching and buddy data and other records are not deleted along with your account; they stay linked to the anonymized account. A deleted account can't be restored.

We use encrypted transport and access controls. Content you delete and content that is taken down are no longer shown in UniCampus, but our systems may still keep records of them. For what happens when you delete your account, see Section 4.
中文：UniCampus 面向全球高校学生，主服务器位于境外（unicampus.ai 面向全球用户；unicampus.com.cn 为中国大陆专用入口）。若你位于中国大陆（无论通过哪个入口使用），你的个人信息将跨境传输至境外接收方存储和处理：

English: UniCampus connects campuses worldwide; primary servers are located outside mainland China. If you are in mainland China, your personal information (registration info, content you post, usage data, device identifiers) is transferred to and processed by XIYOUJI LLC in the United States (contact: privacy@unicampus.ai) for providing cross-border campus networking, security, and anti-abuse, over encrypted channels with access controls; a read-only replica of content data is kept in Hangzhou, China for faster access. This transfer occurs only with your separate consent given at registration, which you may withdraw at any time; you may exercise access, correction, and deletion rights in-app or via privacy@unicampus.ai.
本应用面向高校学生，未满 13 周岁不得注册使用；我们不会故意收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。
This app targets university students; users must be at least 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
