本协议与社区准则适用于 unicampus.ai 网站和 UniCampus App，由 XIYOUJI LLC 运营。
These Terms and Community Guidelines apply to the unicampus.ai website and the UniCampus app, which are operated by XIYOUJI LLC.

1. 服务描述 / Service

UniCampus 是面向全球大学生的社交平台，提供内容分享、即时通讯、交友匹配、问答、短剧等服务。
UniCampus is a social platform for university students worldwide: content sharing, messaging, social matching, Q&A, short dramas and more.

2. 账号 / Accounts

用户须提供真实有效信息注册，每人仅可注册一个账号。你须年满 13 周岁才能注册和使用 UniCampus。你须对账号下的活动负责。
Provide accurate info; one account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use UniCampus. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. 行为规范 / Conduct

禁止发布违法、侵权、含恶意软件、骚扰欺凌、色情暴力等内容。
Prohibited: illegal, infringing, malware, harassment/bullying, pornographic or violent content.

3.2 发布短剧 / Publishing Dramas

在 UniCampus App 的短剧 tab 发布短剧（真人拍摄或 AI 生成）时，你须确认：作品是你自己创作的，或你已获得权利人许可；视频里出镜的人都同意出镜；用 AI 生成画面、人物或声音的，类型选「AI 生成」。剧名、简介和单集标题会先经过自动文字检查（可能用到第三方 AI 服务）；每一集都先由我们人工审核，通过后才会出现在短剧 tab，不符合下列规则的不予公开。我们可能暂时关闭发布功能，已发布的短剧不受影响。
When you publish dramas (filmed with real people or AI-generated) in the Dramas tab of the UniCampus app, you confirm that you made the videos yourself or have the rights holder's permission to publish them, that everyone who appears in them agreed to appear, and that you chose "AI-generated" if visuals, characters or voices were made with AI. Titles, descriptions and episode titles go through an automatic text check, which may use a third-party AI service; every episode is reviewed by a person before it appears in the Dramas tab, and episodes that break the rules below are not published. We may pause publishing for a while; dramas already published are not affected.

短剧发布规则 / Drama Publishing Rules

1. 只发布你自己创作、或已获得权利人许可的作品；不要上传别人的影视剧、短剧、综艺或搬运视频。
   Only publish work you made yourself or have the rights holder's permission to publish. Don't upload other people's films, TV shows, short dramas or re-uploaded clips.
2. 用 AI 生成画面、人物或声音的，类型必须选「AI 生成」；不要用 AI 冒充真实人物。
   If visuals, characters or voices were made with AI, choose "AI-generated". Don't use AI to impersonate real people.
3. 出镜的人都要同意出镜；不偷拍，不泄露他人隐私（电话、住址、证件等）。
   Everyone on camera must agree to appear. No hidden-camera footage and no one else's private information (phone, address, ID).
4. 只发布适合 13 岁以上观众的内容。不发布色情、裸露或露骨性行为内容，不发布血腥暴力特写、鼓励自残、毒品、仇恨或欺凌内容；涉及恋爱或亲密情节的角色必须明显是成年人，不用中学或校服设定。
   Only publish content suitable for viewers 13 and older. No pornography, nudity or explicit sexual content; no graphic gore, content that encourages self-harm, drugs, hate or bullying. Characters in romantic or intimate storylines must clearly be adults — no high-school or school-uniform settings.
5. 不放广告、二维码、联系方式或站外导流。
   No ads, QR codes, contact details or links that send people elsewhere.
6. 每一集都先由人工审核，通过后才会出现在短剧 tab；收到侵权投诉的内容会先暂停展示。
   Every episode is reviewed by a person before it appears in the Dramas tab. Content that gets a copyright complaint is paused first.
7. 侵权投诉成立一次记一次；12 个月内第 2 次暂停发布 30 天，第 3 次永久不能发布短剧，已发布的短剧全部下架。
   Each upheld copyright complaint counts as a strike. A 2nd strike within 12 months pauses publishing for 30 days; a 3rd means you can no longer publish dramas and your published dramas are taken down.

4. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

用户原创内容版权归用户所有，授权平台在合理范围内使用。平台有权下架侵权内容。
You retain copyright of your original content and grant us a reasonable license to operate the service. We may remove infringing content.

4.1 版权投诉、申诉与重复侵权 / Copyright Complaints, Appeals and Repeat Infringers

如何投诉见支持页「版权投诉」一节。用户发布的短剧收到资料完整的 App 内侵权投诉后会先暂停展示（同一投诉人短时间内投诉过多、或其投诉多次被驳回的除外）；每一条投诉我们都会在 24 小时内处理，投诉成立的内容会被下架。资料不全的投诉，我们会请投诉方补充；72 小时内未补充的，暂停的内容恢复展示。发布者可以发邮件到 support@unicampus.ai 申诉，申诉内容（含联系方式）会转给投诉方；投诉方在 10 个工作日内未告知已就此提起诉讼的，我们可以恢复展示。投诉成立一次记一次：12 个月内第 2 次暂停发布短剧 30 天，第 3 次永久不能发布短剧、已发布的短剧全部下架，并可能被封禁账号。
See "Copyright Complaints" on the Support page for how to complain. A drama published by a user is paused first when it gets a complete copyright complaint in the app (except complaints from someone who has filed too many in a short time or whose complaints have been rejected several times); we act on every complaint within 24 hours, and content is removed when a complaint is upheld. If a complaint is incomplete, we ask the complainant for more information; if it is not provided within 72 hours, the paused content is shown again. Uploaders can appeal by email to support@unicampus.ai; we forward the appeal, including the uploader's contact details, to the complainant, and if the complainant does not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a lawsuit about it, we may restore the content. Each upheld complaint is a strike: a 2nd strike within 12 months pauses drama publishing for 30 days; a 3rd means you can no longer publish dramas, your published dramas are taken down, and your account may be banned.

5. 隐私 / Privacy

详见 隐私政策 / Privacy Policy。我们不出售个人信息。UniCampus 会展示我们自己的广告系统投放的推广内容，标有「广告」，详见隐私政策第 3 节。
See the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. UniCampus shows promotions placed through our own ad system, labeled "Ad"; see Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

6. 账号删除 / Account Deletion

你可随时在 App 内「设置 → 危险操作 → 永久注销账号」注销账号。注销立即生效，账号无法恢复；哪些信息会匿名化、哪些内容会保留，见隐私政策第 4 节。
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account). Deletion takes effect immediately and the account can't be restored; see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy for what is anonymized and what stays.
